Was born on April 11, 1947 in Baku. Graduated from Azerbaijan State University, Faculty of Law (correspondence department).
In 1967 he was invited to Moscow and enrolled in the Moskontsert. Since 1969 he performed in the cities of the Soviet Union with a solo program (psychological experiments).
In 1973, T. Dadashev was invited to Prague for the first International Congress on the Study of Psychotronic Problems as part of a delegation from the USSR Academy of Sciences.

For the first time at a high international level, a telepathic experience was conducted at a distance. The experiment with Dadashev was carried out by two famous American researchers in the presence of more than 300 scientists from different countries. One of them - the creator of the lie detector K. Baxter, at that time assistant to E. Hoover (FBI) for science. At the congress, foreign scientists highly appreciated Dadashev's parapsychological abilities and recognized him as the strongest medium in the world, which caused a great resonance in the world press.
T. Dadashev has various titles and awards, including the Certificate of Honor of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan SSR (the highest award of the republic) for the successful completion of the operation to suppress the hijacking of the aircraft, ensure the safety of passengers and neutralize the criminal (1989). After the successful completion of this operation, the heads of the KGB headquarters in Moscow and Baku called it unique, since for the first time in their practice a person with such extraordinary abilities was involved.
In 1988 he organized the "Psi-Ex" consulting center in Baku, where he provided assistance to the population.
Since 2000, the Psi-Ex center has also been operating in Moscow.
